The Margaret Barnard Trust is a bi-lingual charitable organisation founded in 1956 with the sole aim to provide affordable child care to the families of Tywyn and it's surrounding area.

Tracy is the Chair of the Volunteer Management Committee, and a Trustee of the Charity. She also provides her time as a Volunteer Support Worker, working with the children in the pre-school setting, and conducting administrative duties to support the day to day running of the charity.
